PVC sheet can be used for welding and joint processing

The construction methods of PVC sheet include the following:
1. Drilling and punch processing
The drilling of PVC board can be processed by ordinary woodworking machinery, such as table type drilling machine, or by punching machine. Because PVC has good impact resistance, it is very suitable for punching machine processing.
2. Joint processing
When the PVC plates are connected with each other, the drying speed is fast by using the South Asia quick-drying adhesive. After the connection, you can immediately let go or remove the fixed support. After about 3 minutes, you can get a good adhesion. The connection method can be processed with an injection cylinder (syringe). The following precautions are required:
A. It is not allowed to use inappropriate adhesive for bonding, such as the combination of PVC+acrylic quick-drying adhesive PVC board and acrylic board. All kinds of quick-drying adhesives should be clearly separated, otherwise good bonding effect cannot be obtained.
B. The operation shall be quick and quick to prevent the adhesive from drying and reducing the adhesion effect.
C. The finished products that have been connected should not be peeled off and reconnected, unless they shake due to improper connection.
3. Welding processing
The welding processing of PVC plates can be carried out according to the welding processing method of industrial plates. The welding method is to align the PVC welding rod (hard) with the welding point, use the hot air blower to weld, or directly weld through the duct of the hot air blower, as shown in the figure below, this method is better than the solvent bonding strength.
