The spacing of the reinforcing ribs in the daylighting tile is uniform and free of distortion, so that the daylighting tile has better strength during installation and is not easy to break and tear.
2、 The overall thickness of the daylighting board is uniform, and there is no thickness on four sides and thin in the middle. The uneven thickness of the daylighting tile will shorten the service life of the daylighting tile. During the installation of the daylighting board with thickness on both sides, the overlap between the daylighting tile and the daylighting tile is not tight, which will cause air, water and dust. If there is a level 5 strong wind passing through the overlap of the daylighting tile, will it turn up the daylighting tile? 8、 The thermal expansion and contraction coefficient of the daylighting tile is close to that of the steel plate, and it will not leak because of the cracking of the thermal expansion and contraction at the nailing point.
The inferior board has the following characteristics:
1、 The appearance of the daylighting board is yellow or green, and the abnormal color is caused by the impurity of inferior resin. Wrinkle, * bubble crack and distortion of stiffener spacing are all caused by immature technology and relatively old daylighting equipment.
2、 The overall thickness of the daylighting board is uneven. The anti-aging ability of the daylighting board with two sides thick and thin in the middle and four sides thick and thin in the middle is far lower than the actual thickness in use. The weight of the daylighting board with uniform thickness is heavier. The daylighting board with two sides thick and thin in the middle and four sides thick and thin in the middle is completely to steal work and reduce materials to reduce costs. 3、 Transparent and turbid, pine flower peel egg-shaped crack. Transparent turbidity is caused by the improper proportion of raw material glass fiber and resin, and the egg-shaped crack of pine peel is caused by the incorrect proportion of curing agent and unqualified raw material in the production process of curing daylighting board.
4、 It is loose with the color steel plate of the same specification, and the plate type is not consistent with the color steel plate type. It is mainly caused by the wear of the model, specification and mould of the daylighting tile manufacturer or the small opening of the mould.
