1. Light transmittance: The light transmittance of PC board can reach 89%, which can be compared with laminated glass. The UV coated plate is not easy to turn yellow when exposed to the sun. It is atomized and has poor light transmittance. After ten years, the light transmittance flow rate is only 10%, the PVC loss rate is guaranteed to be 15% - 20%, and the glass fiber loss rate is 12% - 20%.
2. Anti-collision: the anti-collision compressive strength is 250-300 times of that of ordinary laminated glass, 30 times of that of the same thin-thick acrylic panel, 2-20 times of that of toughened laminated glass, and there is no crack after falling with a 3kg hammer at 2 meters.
3. UV resistance: The PC board is co-extruded with an anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating on one side, and the other side is equipped with a cold-proof solution, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, thermal insulation and anti-inhalable particles. It can prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through, and is suitable for maintaining precious handicrafts and exhibits, so that they are not easily damaged by ultraviolet rays.
4. The net weight is relatively light: the net weight is only half of the laminated glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and supporting point structure.

5. Fire protection grade: according to the national industry standard GB50222-95, PC board is Class I flame retardant, that is, Class B1. The ignition point of PCPC board itself is 580 ℃, and it will extinguish itself after dark fire. It is not easy to cause harmful substances when ignited, and it is not easy to promote the spread of fire accidents.
6. Flexibility: according to the design drawings, the cold-drawn method can be selected on the spot of the project, and the curved, semi-circular roof and window can be installed. The bending radius of PC board is 175 times of the thickness of the adopted board, and it can also be bent for production.
7. Noise reduction and sound insulation performance: The sound insulation and noise reduction performance of PC board is remarkable. It has higher sound volume resistivity than that of laminated glass and acrylic board with the same thickness. Under the same thickness specification, the noise reduction and sound insulation performance of PC board is 5-9DB higher than that of laminated glass. With this advantage, PC board is the selected raw material for sound barrier of expressway.
8. Green environmental protection: keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (K value) of PC board is much lower than that of ordinary laminated glass and other plastics. The actual effect of thermal insulation is 7% - 25% higher than that of the same laminated glass, and the thermal insulation of PC board can reach 49%. Thus, the calorific value damage will be greatly reduced, and the building engineering used for heating industrial equipment is a new type of environmental protection material.
9. Temperature adaptability: PC board does not cause brittle fracture at - 40 ℃ and is not easy to loosen at 125 ℃. There is no significant change in various physical index values and performance in harsh environment.
10. Aging resistance: PC board can maintain the reliability of various physical index values in the range of - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃. The human weather aging test lasted 4000 hours, the yellowing degree was 2, and the light transmittance decreased by only 0.6%.
11. Antifreeze condensation dew: when the outdoor temperature is 0 ℃, the room temperature is 23 ℃, and the air humidity in the room is less than 80%, the internal surface of the raw material is not prone to dew. The small dewdrops will slip along the surface of the board and will not drip out easily.
12. The installation is simple, time-saving and labor-saving, and is not as thick as traditional raw materials. In recent years, it has been widely used in China's coastal areas and metropolises.
